Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12). HR Diploma/Certificate (advantageous but not always essential). Ability to work with a headcount of over 600 employees 12 years HR administration or general admin experience. Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of HR documentation (contracts, onboarding, timesheets, leave forms). Ability to capture and upload employee and payroll documentation accurately into the HRIS system. Skilled in preparing, filing, and maintaining employee onboarding, leave, and payroll records, mostly for wage staff Able to compile and update Health & Safety files in line with SHEQ requirements.
