Distribution Supervisor - evening shift

This position is for you! Our client, a recognized player in the distribution sector, is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to support daily center aisle and shipping operations. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in work organization, priority management, team performance, and warehouse safety. Your main responsibilities:Organize team work according to the shift's operational prioritiesMonitor and analyze productivity (floor clerks, sorters, dispatchers, distributors, etc.)Coach, train, and support team members - correct performance gaps as neededEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standardsAct as a liaison between the receiving and distribution departmentsEnsure the availability of material resourcesCollaborate in inventory management and the application of the FIFO methodParticipate in continuous improvement, KPI management, and team developmentOversee timesheet validation (Kronos)Contribute to the recruitment and development of talent within the team Your profileBachelor's degree in management, logistics, operations, or equivalent trainingMinimum 2 years of experience supervising a team in a distribution environment Excellent coordination, coaching, and communication skills. Comfortable with technology tools (Excel, reports, performance indicators). Organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
