Ocho People are proud to be partnering with our client on this exciting opportunity! We're on the lookout for an experienced IT Risk & Controls Specialist to join a global financial services firm. This hybrid role offers up to £50k bonus excellent benefits. Note: Hybrid 3 days per week What you'll be doing: Drive and support the firm's global IT Risk Management & Controls framework. Produce clear, impactful IT risk reporting (KPIs/KRIs) for senior stakeholders. Ensure Technology policies stay aligned with Group standards & governance. Lead risk forums and regional committees, maintaining the risk register (Riskonnect). Manage controls: attestation, assurance, remediation and oversight tools. Partner with 1st Line of Defence, regulators, and auditors on risk & compliance. Champion continuous improvement - bringing innovation and practical solutions.
