Contract Opportunity: Agile Team Lead (x4) Location: London-based with travel across Southern England Duration: 6 months (initial) Outside IR35 A leading digital consultancy Client is seeking experienced Agile Team Leads to support a major transformation programme within the defence sector. These roles are ideal for seasoned Delivery Managers with deep Agile expertise and a strong track record of leading software delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Requirements: Extensive experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Defence Experience Experience delivering software/applications projects in Defence Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-location environments Willingness to travel across Southern England (e.g. London, Bristol) Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile delivery across diverse business units Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders across defence teams and operational units Ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery against programme goals Additional Notes: Primary base will be London (1–2 days per week) Travel expenses are not covered If you're ready to lead delivery in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
