Job Title: UX Writer/Content Designer Location: London, UK (Remote) Type of employment: Contract Job Description: We're looking for a creative UX Writer/Content Designer to join our dynamic T&S UX Team. What You'll Do: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create user-friendly content that enhances the overall user experience. Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user touchpoints. Write clear, concise, and compelling microcopy, UI text, and user guides. Conduct user research and testing to ensure content meets user needs and expectations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
