WE ARE HIRING | MANUFACTURING ENGINEER – 12 MONTH FTC Location: Bath Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Months Sector: Aerospace / Advanced Manufacturing We’re supporting a leading engineering business in their search for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract . This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-precision projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop manufacturing solutions aligned with company standards Create CNC programs (Milling, Lathes, Mill-Turns, EDM) using SolidCAM Produce stage drawings and fixture designs using SolidWorks Support shop-floor operations and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges Collaborate with subcontract machinists and supply chain teams Drive continuous improvement and support capital expenditure projects What We’re Looking For: Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Strong experience with SolidCAM, SolidWorks, and CNC machining Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Eligibility for UK SC clearance If the role sounds of interest, click apply and await to hear back!
