Behaviour Mentor - Havering - Start Date: ASAP We are looking to appoint a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding school in Havering . As a Behaviour Mentor, you will benefit from: High-quality CPD and on-the-job training The opportunity to work with a supportive Senior Leadership Team A role in an Ofsted 'Outstanding' rated school with strong behaviour management policies Easy access to the school with good transport links Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only Pay : £90-£100 per day We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor with: A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university Previous experience working with children Confidence in managing behaviour and implementing effective strategies Strong communication skills for liaising with teachers and other professionals Enthusiasm for supporting children with a variety of Special Educational Needs Key Responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor: Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students with specific behavioural needs Building rapport and relationships to encourage positive behaviour Assisting in the classroom to support students both academically and socially Working closely with the SEN team to adapt interventions as needed Liaising with professionals to develop targeted behaviour strategies Ribbons & Reeves are London's leading Education Recruiters.
