We’re looking for a proactive and personable Pre-Contracts Manager to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects and partnerships. Based in the UK, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to contract award — and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing: • Generating leads through your network and handling inbound enquiries • Building long-term relationships with engineers, project managers, and quantity surveyors • Developing tailored technical and commercial proposals and presenting them with confidence • Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to convert enquiries into secured orders • Handing over projects to operations and monitoring progress through design, manufacture, and delivery • Working cross-functionally with estimating, design, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions What You’ll Bring: • A background in construction, with knowledge of contracts and tender processes • Strong project management and multitasking skills • Commercial awareness and a self-driven approach to business development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're a natural connector • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (a plus) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a flexible, can-do attitude Qualifications & Experience: • Degree or trade qualification in a construction-related field (e.g. QS, estimation, engineering, project management) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Why Join Us? • Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team • Work on impactful projects that shape the built environment • Enjoy a role with autonomy, variety, and real influence • Competitive salary and benefits package If you’re ready to take ownership of pre-contracts and help drive our business forward, we’d love to hear from you.
