To make this happen, we are looking for a energetic and proactive Trades and Labour Recruiter to take the lead in building and coordinating a skills workforce across our projects. Why this role matters: You'll be at the heart of our operations - making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. From Groundworkers, to Machine Drivers you will ensure projects are resourced with skilled compliant and motivated people. This isn't just about filling jobs - its about building a reliable high performing workforce that helps Careys deliver exceptional results on every project What you will do: Act as the "go to" for all internal labour requests across your designated regions Proactively source, allocate and onboard operatives whilst ensuring full compliance Build strong partnerships with Regional Operation Managers - providing support and insight Keep labour allocation smooth and transparent Continuous improve processes whilst growing our internal labour resource What we are looking for Proven experience in trades resourcing with civil engineering or construction Knowledge of compliance requirements (CSCS cards/Medicals etc) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive under pressure - and juggle competing priorities Proactive, project focused and highly organised Benefits Car Allowance Company Pension 26 days holiday per annum Development Opportunities Carey Perks package
