Hod Carrier needed in Cambridge CB24 Location: Cambridge CB24 Rate: £17.50 per hour Duration: 2 years Start Date: Monday the 1st September 2025 Hours: 8 to 4.30pm Hours Paid per day: Minimum 8 hrs paid per day Job Type: Temporary Job Description: Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Brickwork Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Hod Carrier to join their busy site in Cambridge CB24 Hod Carrier Key Duties: * Carrying bricks and mortar to support bricklayers * Mixing up mortar and ensuring consistent supply on site * Keeping work areas clean and organised * Assisting bricklayers and other site workers as required * General labouring and site support tasks Hod Carrier Requirements: * Minimum of Green CSCS Card * Previous experience as a hod carrier preferred * Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling * Ability to commute to Cambridge site reliably * Must provide at least one work references relevant to hod carrying or construction Equal Opportunities: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or background.
