Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) Location: England & Northern Ireland (regular site travel required) Red Rock Consultants are currently recruiting for an experienced QS on behalf of a M&E contracting company. The client specialises in delivering full MEP packages for high-quality healthcare projects across England and Northern Ireland. The Quantity Surveyor Role We are seeking a skilled and qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and financial reporting across our healthcare construction projects. You will be involved from tender stage through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration Monitor project progress and assess variations, claims, and changes Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to achieve successful outcomes Travel regularly to construction sites across England and Northern Ireland Quantity Surveyor Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification (RICS preferred) Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control procedures Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Northern Ireland What We Offer Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum (DOE) Company car/allowance and travel expenses Pension scheme and other benefits Opportunities for professional development and career progression The chance to work on impactful projects within the healthcare sector If thisQuantity Surveyor role sounds like you then click apply now
