System And Compliance Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Systems & Compliance Manager with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background to ensure that all systems, processes, and operations meet regulatory standards, internal policies, and technical requirements for M&E projects. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance across high-rise and large-scale building projects, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the M&E function. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and processes specific to M&E operations. Monitor M&E systems and project activities to ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and internal policies. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and inspections of M&E works, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions. Provide guidance and training to project teams on compliance, quality standards, and best practices in M&E. Maintain records and documentation to demonstrate compliance for audits and client requirements. Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders on M&E compliance matters. Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements for operational and regulatory compliance. Report on compliance performance, risks, and recommendations to senior management. Requirements Proven experience in systems or compliance management within M&E or building services. Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and industry standards. Understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and quality frameworks. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software. Strong communication skills with the ability to train, guide, and influence teams.
