You'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to breakdowns, and work with the team to improve reliability across the site. Key responsibilities include: Conducting both electrical and mechanical maintenance Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions Performing scheduled PPM tasks to minimise downtime Supporting continuous improvement projects Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations About You: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems (multi-skilled desirable) Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds) in Engineering or related field A proactive, team-focused approach This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in a forward-thinking company.
