This project aims to ensure that payment methods are quick, secure, and cost-effective, while also promoting innovation in the space. Requirements: Business Process Modelling: Ability to create models that represent business processes, workflows, and systems utilising the BPMN notation and Visio. Outputs Required : Process Models compliant with BPMN and created in Visio at the various levels requested by stakeholders Requirements Elicitation : Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements through various techniques and well versed in both waterfall and agile techniques. Outputs Required: Business and Solution requirements utilising Bank templates for BRDs, User stories, use cases etc. These will be tracked and managed in Jira. Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyse complex data and business processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Outputs Required: Appropriate Papers as directed by stakeholders within the project. Data Analysis : Experiencing in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights. Outputs Required: Data Mapping, Data Models utilising Bank standards and templates. Communication Skills : Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Problem-Solving : Aptitude for identifying problems and developing innovative solutions. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and requirements. Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of relevant BA software and tools such as Visio, Jira, Balsamiq, etc. Experience with ISO20022 is highly desirable.
