Senior M&E Project Manager – High-End Fit-Out £100,000 - £110,000 Package | London | Tier 1 Fit-Out Projects A leading specialist in high-spec commercial fit-out and refurbishment is seeking a sharp and proactive M&E Project Manager to join their expanding London team. Operating at the forefront of the fit-out market, this contractor delivers projects ranging from £5m to £50m, often with complex M&E integration, tight timeframes, and demanding end-users. Their consistent growth is driven by an agile project model, strong pre-construction strategy, and repeat blue-chip clients. About the Role You'll be embedded within a high-performing delivery team, taking responsibility for the management of MEP services across CAT A, CAT B, and heavy refurb schemes. You’ll interface closely with commercial, design, and operations teams, as well as external consultants and client reps. Projects typically involve: Complex M&E installations Occupied building refurbishments Tight coordination with main contractor and trades Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of M&E coordination, from pre-con to commissioning Drive programme, budget, and compliance across electrical and mechanical packages Manage subcontractors, design consultants, and suppliers Support with value engineering, technical submittals, and change control Lead client-facing commissioning workshops and handover process Ensure quality and statutory compliance through all phases What You’ll Need 5–10 years' experience delivering MEP packages on fit-out or refurbishment projects Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical disciplines Proven track record of taking packages from design through to PC SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid as standard Confident communicator – able to lead client and consultant interactions Why Join?
