Production Operator ?? Location: Northfields, Louth ?? Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent ?? Role Overview Playing a crucial role in the daily operations of the production line, you will be reporting to the Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping. You will be expected to drive performance by continuously seeking ways to improve processes, meet setup times, and achieve output targets while supporting a safe and productive working environment. ??? Key Responsibilities Operate machinery efficiently, following safety guidelines. Assist with machine setup and carry out basic maintenance tasks. Report any technical issues using our SAP system Ensure products meet required quality standards at all times. Take pride and responsibility in the quality of your output. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve production goals. Meet targets for safety, quality, waste, and productivity. ? Essential Requirements Previous Production or General Warehouse experience ( essential ) Basic numeracy skills ( mandatory ) Good spoken English ? Hours 06:00am-18:00pm & 18:00pm-06:00am 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 x days and 2 x nights) ?? Pay Rates Initial Rate: £13.28/hour Salary Uplifts available as training is completed ??
