Job description Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist (Finance or Supply Chain) Location: Northern Ireland hybrid or remote-first Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available) We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) specialist to support the continuous evolution of a busy, multi-site manufacturing and distribution business. You'll work closely with users across finance, supply chain, and operations to improve processes, resolve issues, and unlock more value from Dynamics 365. Why join? * Make a real impact across finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics * Work in a team where ERP is central to how the business runs and scales * Get stuck into system improvements, integrations, and user training * Join a growing technology function that values collaboration and ownership What you'll be doing: * Supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across Finance or Supply Chain modules * Acting as a key point of contact for business users-understanding issues and turning them into solutions * Working with internal teams and external partners on system improvements and change requests * Leading process reviews to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, or optimisation * Managing data flows between Dynamics and other systems (e.g. e-commerce, warehouse tools, analytics) * Providing guidance, documentation, and training to improve system usage across teams What you'll bring: * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and/or Supply Chain modules) * Background in finance, operations, or supply chain-ideally with experience in manufacturing or retail * Strong understanding of business processes * Able to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and suggest practical system fixes * Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with good communication skills Interested?
