PCV Coach Driver

Royston | Full-time | Coach Driver £16.50 - £23.24 Express Services | FlixBus Contract We are currently hiring experienced and professional PCV Drivers to join our expanding team for to work on a FlixBus Contract for an established operator , operating routes across the UK from Royston. Key Responsibilities: Operate Coaches safely and efficiently along scheduled routes, ensuring punctual arrivals and departures. Deliver excellent customer service , providing a professional, friendly, and supportive experience for all passengers. Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Maintain accurate trip documentation , including timings, passenger numbers, and incident reports. Adhere to all safety regulations , tachograph laws, and company standards. Work with apps and digital messaging tools for scheduling and communication. What Were Looking For: Valid Category D (PCV) Licence , Driver CPC , and Tachograph Card . No more than 6 points on licence; no DRs or previous bans. Minimum 1 years experience driving coaches, ideally on express services. Strong customer service and communication skills Flexible and reliable , with the ability to adapt to changing shift patterns. Professional appearance white shirt, black trousers, dark shoes (no trainers/casual wear). Whats On Offer: Paid breaks sign on to sign off. Average 4045 hours per week . Shift pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off , variable shifts (911 hours). Free onsite parking at depot. Supportive team and well-maintained vehicles. Opportunity to be part of a major UK travel network.
