Property Manager Join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in Trowbridge, known for their exceptional service and a strong local reputation. Were looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential lettings portfolio, focusing on property maintenance and client care within a friendly and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties Handling daily maintenance issues and tenant queries Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants Conducting property visits and inspections Scheduling and overseeing works during void periods Ensuring excellent customer service and communication What youll bring: Experience in lettings and property management (preferred) Strong maintenance knowledge with problem-solving skills Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Reapit or similar property management software is a plus Full UK driving licence preferred What we offer: Competitive salary £28,000£30,000 DOE Supportive and friendly team culture Opportunity to grow your career within a trusted independent agency
