Job Description

Location: Walsall Pay Rate: £15 per hour (basic) Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 2 HIAB Driver to join a busy team working on essential infrastructure projects. This role involves a mix of driving and hands-on site work, offering variety and the chance to work outdoors as part of a dedicated crew. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a Class 2 HIAB vehicle to transport and deliver lighting columns and street furniture. Load and unload lighting columns, signs, and other materials on-site. Assist with the installation of lighting columns and street signage. Carry out manual tasks including digging and other groundwork as required. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times. Requirements: Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence. HIAB certification (Loader Crane). Previous experience in construction, highways, or street lighting work is preferred. A strong work ethic and willingness to assist with manual duties.
