Mechanical Estimator Salary: Up to £60,000 Car Allowance Location: Yorkshire Parkinson Gray Associates are working with a long-standing client within the retail fit-out and building services sector to recruit a Mechanical Estimator . This is a key role in a busy estimating team, preparing accurate costings and tenders for fast-track retail and commercial projects. You will work closely with project managers and directors to ensure bids are competitive, compliant, and commercially sound. The Role: Preparing detailed mechanical services estimates for retail and commercial projects Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Working with the pre-construction and project delivery teams to develop winning tenders Identifying value engineering opportunities and risk items Ensuring all bids are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time The Person: Experienced Mechanical Estimator from a building services / M&E background Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Confident working on fast-track retail and fit-out schemes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy estimating environment Whats on offer: Salary up to £60,000 plus car allowance Opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of projects Long-term career prospects within a supportive team If youre an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking for your next move, wed like to hear from you.
