We're seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established piling contractor with a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding projects across the UK. Key responsibilities: Preparing accurate cost estimates for piling projects Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, and specifications Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers to gather and validate pricing Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Supporting the commercial team during tender submissions and negotiations What we're looking for: Demonstrable experience as an Estimator within the piling sector (essential) Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A proactive, detail-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity to bring your piling expertise to a respected contractor where your contributions will be recognised, and career development encouraged.
