Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer Location: Birmingham Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Are you a skilled engineer with a strong background in Facilities Management? We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional service across a range of commercial and industrial sites. What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 Company van and fuel card for business use Excellent training and development opportunities Company pension and benefits package A supportive team and exciting projects Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple sites Deliver high-quality work across a mix of electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Work independently and as part of a team to deliver top-class FM services Skills & Experience Required: Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Proven experience working in a multi-skilled engineer role within facilities management Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and repair skills Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and customer service skills
