About the Role The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload whilst developing an established Private Client department, with responsibility for supervising a small team split across the two offices. This is a leadership role with the scope to expand the department further, and applicants interested in bringing a junior lawyer, assistant or paralegal with them will also be considered. Candidate Requirements They are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work, who has strong technical expertise in Wills, LPAs, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. You will need to show experience in managing and supervising a team, excellent communication and client care skills, commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
