You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to capture and manage requirements, support change initiatives, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. This is an excellent opportunity for a BA with proven experience to progress their career in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to understand business drivers, goals, and desired benefits. Define analysis approaches and select the right tools and techniques for each initiative. Map organisational structures and processes to identify opportunities and diagnose problems. Capture business problem statements and translate them into stakeholder requirements. Articulate high-level business impacts and support the case for change. Identify changes required across people, processes, and technology for success. Analyse and document requirements with clarity, consistency, and traceability. Work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements for maximum business value. Support the design of future-state business processes and system solutions, including testing and transition. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives (VMOST). Key Requirements: 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
