Private Client Solicitor, 5 years’ PQE, Derbyshire, Competitive salary. An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm. In this role you will be providing excellent advice on a wide range of client matters, including wills, trusts and probate. THE ROLE: In this role, you will be at the centre of supporting families as well as individuals navigating through important life decisions. You will take lead in guiding clients through probate, will drafting as well as advising on inheritance tax planning, trusts and Court of Protection matters. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will also have to opportunity to mentor and coach colleagues and be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ PQE working in a private client role, with excellent knowledge of wills, trusts and probate. You will have a strong track record of business development and outstanding billing history. With great attention to detail, you will have the ability to thrive under pressure whilst following the firm’s procedures. You must have a full driver’s license and your own transport, as travel to client sites will be required.
