Pay Information $2,509 per week About The Position Job Title: PICU/PCICU RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights with the possibility of rotating shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse - State of Michigan Certifications: BLS, PALS Must-Have: - Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program - Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple interruptions - High levels of confidentiality Description: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
