Travel Interventional Radiology - $2,940 per week in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 16 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS Must-Have: - Clinical fit determined through a review - Ability to float to required procedures as needed Description: This position requires the candidate to work in a sensitive unit. The contract must continue through the specified duration. Travelers may request one holiday off and are expected to be available for any holidays not approved off. The schedule will run Monday through Friday with variable days off. There is a call requirement of one day per week and one weekend every six weeks. Floating to other departments within the facility may be required based on practice scope. Candidates must be reviewed to ensure they meet clinical fit and guidelines. Time off is limited to a maximum of seven days. If assigned to work during designated holidays, the traveler is expected to be available. Compliance is necessary to start on time; failure to comply could result in a delay. Local candidates are accepted based on the same requirements. References from two supervisory individuals are preferred. Travelers are expected to submit core items and complete requirements promptly. Module training will be a part of the onboarding process. The unit handles patients across various age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The daily census typically ranges from 12 to 24 patients. Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams. Candidates must be prepared for a variety of procedures encountered in this specialty. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to high standards of patient care.
