Job Title: Technician Ops Tech Lead Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 5x8.0 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum five years professional experience with two years of management experience License: Current and valid state Pharmacy license required Certifications: BLS certification within 30 days of hire Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency Two years of pharmacy practice experience preferred Description: Direct, manage, and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure the highest quality service response and delivery consistent with established professional and regulatory standards. Develop operational and financial outcome measures and related tracking and monitoring systems. Integrate efforts into organization-wide quality improvement systems. Direct, implement, and evaluate the development of departmental policies and procedures. Proactively assess program and functional effectiveness; make efforts to develop and facilitate continuous process improvement. Develop and supervise staff through timely feedback and appropriate human resource policies. Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems. Develop, manage, and supervise purchasing and inventory management functions. Facilitate the professional growth of staff by assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities. Prepare monthly progress and operational reports; identify areas for improvement and concerns. Participate in departmental orientation, on-the-job training, and quality assurance programs. Participate in various educational programs to maintain current skills and competency levels. Perform other duties as requested.
