Overview Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges. Project objective: The goal is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in EU countries. Cars equipped with 360 removable cameras mounted on the roof will capture imagery which is stored on onboard computers. This data will be used to enhance one of the world’s most popular online maps. The data collectors will follow specific routes around public streets and areas, focusing on commercial districts and historical sites. Some areas may be revisited due to weather conditions to ensure quality imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months and will cover different data collection areas. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the area, is highly responsible and reliable. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week). Occasional weekend work may be required due to weather downtime. Responsibilities Drive to assigned routes and operate 360-degree cameras mounted on the vehicle roof (approximately 6 kg in weight and 1 metre in height). Ensure proper data collection by following defined routes and maintaining vehicle safety and care. Coordinate with team for scheduling and reporting as required. Maintain clear communication and record-keeping for project progress and issues. Qualifications Must have a valid Driver Licence. Good driving skills and a clean driving record; good physical condition. Ability to install cameras on the vehicle roof (6 kg, ~1 metre). Private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle is a plus. General car knowledge is a plus. Enjoys driving during standard business hours. Available for a minimum of 3 months. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Tech savvy (experience with Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet and WhatsApp). High level of responsibility; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
