Media/Social Media Expert

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to: strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Key Expert: Media/Social Media Expert (Host Country) Qualifications and Skills: Master’s in communication/law/politics/IR or 5 years relevant experience. General experience: Cat. I: 10 years / Cat. II: 5 years in election-related or communication fields. Specific experience: Expertise in freedom of expression, online rights. Experience in media monitoring during elections.
