System Architect

Overview NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration The intended start date is from January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Key Expert IT Expert (Cat. I or II) Qualifications and Skills Degree in computer science / IT / math / statistics OR equivalent training experience. Expertise in IT infrastructure (hardware / software), communications (satellite, GPS, VHF / HF), website management, and CMS. Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C2). General Experience Cat. I : 10 years / Cat. II : 5 years in IT infrastructure for international operations. Specific Experience Work in difficult logistical environments.
