Controlling Specialist

As a key player in the sector, they have significant annual revenue and a focus on innovation and sustainability. To strengthen the AFC function, we are seeking a Controlling Specialist . Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for financial and economic analyses following monthly closings and periodic forecasts, including the annual budget, across supply chain, procurement, HR, General Services, and Capex. The role also involves active participation in reporting and controlling activities for internal and group reporting purposes. Key Duties Manage monthly reporting, analyzing variances against targets; Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts; Participate in financial and operational meetings; Develop ad hoc reports in collaboration with IT; Work with Business Units to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities; Contribute to cross-functional projects at local and corporate levels. Candidate Profile Candidates should meet the following requirements: Degree in Economics or related fields; At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational or manufacturing environments; Knowledge of SAP and BI tools is preferred; English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork attitude, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
