Duties include Full financial function: Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping to trial balance, and present monthly management accounts Reporting and analysis: Prepare monthly management reports, perform variance analysis, and deliver budget versus actual insights Payroll and compliance: Oversee payroll reviews, process journals, manage VAT reconciliations and submissions Audit and controls: Prepare audit files, liaise with auditors, and maintain robust financial controls Cash and asset management: Manage fixed asset register, review cashbooks, and oversee bank transactions Business support: Assist with budgeting, cost management, financial investigations, and general administrative duties including drafting agreements Education and Experience BCom Honours in Accounting 3 to 5 years relevant work experience Proven track record within the logistics and shipping industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Skilled in communicating financial insights to management and supporting strategic decision-making This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional seeking to add value within a dynamic, growing business environment.
