Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth in the payments and technology space? Our client is seeking a dynamic Growth / Business Development Executive to lead their CTA Payments Division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for spearheading sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to deliver sustainable revenue and market share growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning and contribute to executive decision- making. Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins through client retention and acquisition. Oversee sales, account management, and business development activities. Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to position the company as an industry leader. Build and lead a high-performing team across sales and marketing functions. Monitor performance metrics and present insights to EXCO. Represent the company at industry events and build strategic stakeholder relationships. What they are looking for: Proven leadership experience in sales, marketing and business development (10 years, with 5 in a senior role). Extensive experience (5 years) in managing senior personnel across collaborative teams. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Industry experience in payments, fintech, telecommunications, or B2B tech sectors. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
