Dell Pre-Sales Specialist

Qualifications and Experience Required: Matric plus a relevant Pre-Sales certification ( Dell certification required ) Minimum of 5 years experience in Pre-sales Proven experience enhancing the sales process by conducting needs assessments, demonstrating product value, arranging POCs, and addressing technical concerns early in the cycle Target-Driven (Sales & KPIs) Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the sales team on solution suitability and delivery expectations Build customer confidence by addressing technical queries and aligning solutions with business objectives Deliver compelling solution presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences Support sales efforts with strong product and business knowledge Maintain in-depth expertise on company products, services, and methodologies Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the portfolio Represent the company professionally, fostering strong client relationships Prepare detailed costings to ensure profitability of contracts Engage regularly with customers and ensure proposals are accurate, high-quality, and timely Identify and penetrate target accounts to drive business growth Important: Only candidates with the required experience clearly reflected on their CV will be considered.
