Job Description

Responsibilities Assist with planning and providing recommendations on client portfolios, including portfolio construction across life, investment, and medical aid products Update client portfolios on required software systems, service, and maintain existing clients and their records on the computer database, as is required by FAIS Ensure client records are accurately updated when changes occur, particularly in relation to brokerage-based investment products and medical aid benefits Handle tasks related to clients lives, investments, and medical aid planning requirements Request and follow up on policy information from providers, including medical aid schemes and insurance companies Provide administrative support across all areas of the office as needed Prepare and maintain updated client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a brokerage or financial services environment Familiarity with medical aid administration and understanding of brokerage platforms and policy servicing procedures Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and working knowledge of financial/insurance software systems (XPlan) Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
