Electrical Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical team, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Technicians and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on installations and maintenance tasks. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team. Maintain accurate documentation, including work reports, safety records, and inspection logs. Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role. Relevant electrical qualifications. Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to health & safety and quality control.
