Financial Manager

The Financial Manager will oversee the full finance function, contributing directly to performance optimisation and business sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the finance team in managing daily financial operations and month-end close. Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Deliver accurate financial statements and insights that support business strategy. Maintain robust internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Analyse financial data to support operational efficiency and profitability. Manage external stakeholder relationships including auditors and financial institutions. Drive system and process improvements across the finance function. Develop and mentor finance staff to ensure continuous growth and capability. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (postgraduate studies advantageous). 58 years experience in a senior finance role within logistics, distribution, or industrial sectors. Strong track record in financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Deep understanding of financial controls, reporting standards, and risk management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
