Job Description

Purpose of the Role To enable the company to tender effectively for government business, to maintain price files effectively and efficiently as well as apply for Single Exit Price increases per Government Notices. To management of fee contract and processing of payments against a foresaid contract. Qualifications and Experience Required BCom or similar 5 Years Tender Management experience Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential Knowledge of pharmaceutical market with adequate understanding of the public health environment will be advantageous. Experience in effective public sector territory management advantageous. Experience in managing teams Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at intermediate level essential Must have a valid, unendorsed South African Drivers license Duties In charge of creating and maintaining key partnerships with senior DoH managers, depot managers and key stakeholders in the public health sector. Proactively finding and developing methods of improving customer service levels. Responsible for building public sector dashboards that are aligned to the DoH reporting requirements. Responsible for the overall planning and professional utilization of company resources for the department (property and time) to maximize on opportunities before competitor companies do. Represent and live the values of the company at all times during interaction with customers Represent the company in key customer events nationally, provincially and at district level Manage the teams activities. Monitoring of teams planners to ensure effectively filed documentation Efficient & constructive customer problem solving Effectively manage allocated budget, to deliver maximum ROI
