We are looking for SAP APO/IBP Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP APO/IBP modules, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management. Work on SAP ECC Support / enhancement for SAP APO/IBP Functional Modules Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to troubleshoot the issues, change the configuration, create new configuration Develop functional specifications for custom development objects and coordinate with technical teams (SAP ABAP) to ensure successful implementation Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as MM, SD, and FI/CO, to ensure end-to-end process integration Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong analytical verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ideal if you have: Advance English / Intermediate Spanish. APO/IBP Advanced knowledge of processes: APO gATP - (global Available to Promise), APO PPDS - (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), Advanced knowledge in: IBP Supply, IBP For Demand, IBP Capacity, IBP Order Based and CI-DS) with users. Knowledge of the integration structure using CPI-DS / SDI Hands-on experience with SAP APO/IBP configuration and customization Business oriented to support our client to perform (IT and Business) Good to Have: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills ITIL V4 certification is a big plus. Knowledge in AMS Support tools, as ServiceNow What do we offer?
