The Team – your impact As an IT-M&A Transaction Manager you will lead the IT-workstream, PMOs or projects to support E.ON’s merger & acquisition activities. You will be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, agility and impact. Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​ End-to-end management of IT-related M&A projects across all phases (setup, due diligence, separation, closing, Day 1, post-merger integration, transition, TSA) Acting as management consultant and long-term partner for executive management on M&A IT topics Serving as interface between central M&A team, CIO M&A team, Corporate IT, and business units Developing and implementing corporate IT M&A standards, methodologies, and processes Leading cross-functional project teams, including coordination of external advisors Analyzing and evaluating M&A targets from a Corporate IT perspective and preparing decision documents for top management Supporting negotiation phases on IT topics, including fact books, due diligence, and TSA agreements Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​ Academic degree in economics, business administration, IT, or related field with focus on M&A/Post-Merger Integration Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, SAP/non-SAP applications, data migration, HR-IT, contracts/licenses, GDPR and IT security Experience with critical integration and carve-out areas: assets, commercials, licenses, processes, ERP (SAP) separation, compliance Proven track record in project management, analysis, and global cross-functional collaboration Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with senior executives and board-level stakeholders Excellent analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills combined with flexibility and team leadership qualities High proficiency in English, ideally also fluent in German; willingness to travel Our Benefits – smart & useful​ Enjoy flexibility: We combine coming to the office and working from home.
