The Team – your impact The chapter Technology & Engineering - Platform Engineering represents all experts who deliver DevOps capabilities to all our product teams. These experts are organized together to enhance those functional skillsets, improve E.ON’s DevOps tech stack and deliver a high level of cloud automation. The Cloud Native Landing Zone Product provides a standardized, secure foundation for deploying and managing cloud environments, ensuring high performance, robust security, and automation of regular operations as well as governance baselines. In addition, we enable and encourage the consumption of cloud native components and services. Your Role – meaningful & rewarding Designing and implementing cloud landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enable secure, scalable and compliant cloud environments Establishing governance and security controls including identity and access management, policy enforcement and platform logging Automating deployment pipelines for landing zone components across multi-cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate landing zones with enterprise architecture, DevOps workflows and compliance frameworks Continuously improving cloud foundations by monitoring performance, optimizing cost and incorporating feedback from stakeholders Your Profile – authentic & open-minded Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) with hands-on experience in building and managing landing zones Strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Crossplane or Terraform and CI/CD pipelines Experience developing software and infrastructure in Go, Python or other programming languages Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues Strong communication and collaboration abilities Our Benefits – smart & useful Enjoy flexibility: You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly.
