Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview Our client, a leading facades contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade projects. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures to maintain budgets. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and gather data for reporting. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to achieve financial objectives. Prepare tender documents, contracts, and agreements for procurement. Analyse and report on financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes as needed. Maintain comprehensive records of all project-related financial transactions. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the facades or construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost control principles and best practices. Proficiency with quantity surveying software and tools. Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable. MCIOB accreditation is preferred.
