Project Manager - Roofing

Overview We are looking for a skilled and committed Project Manager to lead a variety of roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management with specific experience in roofing. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and strong leadership. Location: Roles available in London and Stevenage Key Responsibilities Oversee roofing projects through all phases, from planning to completion. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to meet client expectations. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption. Communicate progress clearly with clients and stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in roofing (minimum 5 years preferred). At least 3 years' project management experience. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Right to work in the UK. The Offer Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE) Work Location: On-site
