Project Manager - Façade Contractor (Glasgow) An exciting opportunity to join a respected and well-established façade contractor, delivering prestigious large-scale projects. Where You Fit As Project Manager, you will oversee the performance of your assigned projects, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. You'll work closely with the Design, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery of live external projects. Key Objective Take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from handover from Sales through to final account close - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Challenge As a central member of the management team, you will stay connected to all projects, providing strategic support to Contracts Managers, ensuring risks are managed effectively, and maintaining accurate reporting to the Head of Operations. Main Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coach site teams, driving accountability. Attend bi-weekly Project Review Meetings with the Leadership Team. Allocate labour and resources effectively. Manage project budgets and programmes. Support Contracts Managers with strategic decision-making. Oversee scope changes and variations across multiple projects. Develop and implement project risk management strategies. Ensure accurate management and allocation of Celoxis tasks. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations on all projects. Key Performance Indicators Profitability (£ and % margin) of assigned projects. HSQE performance, risk management, and compliance. Quality of client relationships and project delivery. Contribution to continuous improvement within the business. The Offer Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE). Contract: Full-time, permanent. Location: Hybrid role, based in Glasgow (G4 0LU). Benefits: Free or subsidised travel. Requirements Minimum 5 years' project management experience. Proven background in façade projects (5 years required). Strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness.
