BIM Technician - Brickwork Contractor (Essex) Join a well-established brick and blockwork contractor with over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential sectors. We are looking for a talented BIM Technician to become part of our growing design team and help deliver an expanding pipeline of projects. Key Responsibilities Produce and manage accurate 3D models and technical drawings using BIM software. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective project coordination and delivery. Support the planning, design, and documentation stages of construction projects. Respond to evolving project requirements, contributing to problem-solving and innovation within the team. Requirements 2-3 years' experience in a BIM or CAD-based role. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
