Order Entry Coordinator - Global Luxury Fashion House

Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a Luxury Fashion Brand to support them in the search for an Order Entry Coordinator. A globally recognised luxury fashion house is looking for an Order Entry Coordinator to join its London headquarters. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for systems, process improvement, and team development. The Role: Lead, support, and develop the Order Entry team to ensure accurate and timely order management Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support the professional development of team members Oversee all aspects of order entry and modification, including reorders, POs, shipping terms, and returns Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Allocation & Shipping Planning, and Production to optimise order flow Ensure production teams have full visibility of orders to support timely planning and manufacturing Track inbound operations and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks in the supply chain Analyse order status, flag potential issues, and propose solutions to meet business targets Deliver clear, concise updates to the Customer Service Manager and cross-functional stakeholders Support system and process improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic projects across the wider team Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar order management or operations coordination role Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, AS400) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Proven team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coordinate effectively Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving performance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Location: Central London (hybrid) 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
