Quantity Surveyor - Highways

As the sole Quantity Surveyor supporting the Commercial Manager on these frameworks, this role will provide strong visibility across the wider business. The Role Supporting a portfolio of Traffic Management projects across 4 live TMC clients, as well as various internal clients. You will be supporting between 100-120 live projects at any one time. Due to the scope of the contracts involved, a large amount of the role will be focused on producing and presenting CVRs for all live projects. Key Responsibilities Produce monthly CVRs, presenting to senior internal stakeholders for review. Manage compensation events and change across live NEC3/4 contracts. Lead the procurement of labour and plant for projects. Support operational team with managing payment applications, ensuring the correct rates and work order numbers are used. What We're Looking For Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression. You will have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience across any infrastructure sector for a consultancy, client organisation, main contractor, or subcontractor. Must have experience of delivering NEC contracts, including the delivery of change management activities such as early warning notices and compensation events. Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree desirable.
