New Build Conveyancing Assistant – Yorkshire Law Firm Location: Harrogate Experience: Minimum 6 months in conveyancing (new build experience preferred) A well-established Yorkshire law firm is looking for a New Build Conveyancing Assistant to join its Harrogate office. This role involves supporting a senior fee earner with new build conveyancing cases and offers clear opportunities for career development. Key Responsibilities: Opening and managing new build conveyancing files using the Case Management System Keeping accurate and up-to-date records throughout the transaction Assisting with contract preparation and issuing on new build sales and purchases Communicating with developers, lenders, clients and estate agents to progress transactions Ordering searches and handling post-exchange paperwork Supporting completion processes including mortgage reports and post-completion administration What’s on Offer?
